Midtown Toronto Home Renovation
Located in midtown Toronto, this spacious home is surrounded by ravines, the Evergreen Brick Works and Mount Pleasant Cemetery. For the current family of 3, space wasn't an issue but it's use and finish was.

We started this renovation project with a main and 2nd floor renovation, including a full bathroom reno, replacement of the hardwood floors and new custom millwork. The second phase saw a complete renovation to the basement complete with sunken gym, media room and custom bathroom and laundry room.

Given the affinity the family has for living in Moore Park in Toronto, this renovation made perfect sense. The newly renovated space will allow this family to stay for decades to come.
