Moore Park Home Addition and Renovation
A growing family, in the prestigious Toronto neighborhood of Moore Park, faced the age-old question: renovate or move? Due to their love of the neighborhood they opted to renovate and enlarge their Moore Park home by adding a 3rd floor.
The existing roof was fully removed and a third floor added on top of the existing second floor walls. We also renovated the primary bedroom and ensuite and added a laundry room to the second floor, making clothes washing super convenient. On the main floor, we completely gutted and renovated the kitchen and entry.
The result of this Moore Park home renovation project is a very functional yet beautiful space with bedrooms for all (no sharing!).
